Rewards

Guest must be a Signature Rewards member and use their Signature Rewards card during play to participate in Marketing promotions and discounts. Additional benefits may be offered based on card level, which is determined by earned points during a 6 month period. Bonus Points and Point Multipliers do not count toward card level.

Earning Period

January 1 – June 30
July 1 – December 31

1. Membership is free.
2. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.
3. All winners must present photo identification acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.
4. Signature Rewards members must establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access account information on slot machines and promotional kiosks.
5. Valid photo identification and Signature Rewards Club card must be presented when redeeming points, or PIN must be used on a gaming device.
6. One guest per membership account.
7. The player using the Signature Rewards card must be the account holder.
8. Signature Rewards card points, comps, and promotional offers are nontransferable and have no cash value.
9. Guests using Signature Rewards cards other than their own will be disqualified from account benefits, promotions, and membership, as well as the account holder.
10. It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert the Signature Rewards Club card into a slot machine or present their card at Table Games to earn points.
11. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form before disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.
12. Fraudulent activity may void all promotional offers, account benefits, and membership.
13. Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).
14. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.
15. Points expire one year after the date earned.
16. Promo Play must be activated during the designated time frame and will expire 14 days after activation.
17. Dining Offers are valid during the promotional day, beginning at 8am. Guests must card in or visit a Promotional Kiosk to activate the Dining Offer. Offer expires 24 hours after activation, unless specified in the promotion guidelines.
18. Dining Offers and discounts may not be combined. Only one promotion can be applied per transaction, per day.
19. Comps will expire 30 days after the issue date.
20. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced with proper identification at Signature Welcome Center or Signature Services.
21. Only one email address, mobile number, and physical mailing address per account.
22. Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.
23. Current employees, agents, successors, or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
24. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
25. Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.
26. If a virtual game or promotional kiosk malfunctions, an alternative prize amount will be awarded.
27. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior written notice.
28. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.

1. Promo Play is received from a promotion or offer that is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Promo Play must be redeemed at a slot machine with an account PIN (personal identification number).
3. Promo Play expires 14 days after activation.
   PIN can be reset at the Signature Welcome Center with valid identification.

1. A tiered discount is available to guests with a Signature Reward card.
2. Tiered discounts are based on points earned over the past 6 months.
3. Tiered dining discounts can be used once per day on one item.
4. Silver guests receive 15% off one item daily.
5. Gold guests receive 25% off one item daily.
6. Platinum guests receive 50% off one item daily.
7. Diamond guests receive 75% off one item daily.
8. Elite guests receive 75% off their meal, including an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert. Plus, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
9. Elite guests receive 75% off one drink and up to two food items once per day at Driftwood Delights only.

• Signature Rewards points are earned by inserting your Signature Rewards card into a slot machine or presenting the card while playing Keno at one of our EZ KENO® kiosks or playing table games.
• $1 coin-in = 1 point
• 500 Signature Rewards points are equal to one (1) casino dollar.
• Earned points, Bonus Points, and Point Multipliers may be redeemed for rewards.
• Redeem points for dining, merchandise, Lodge stays, event tickets, gas cards,  Keno play, slot play, and table play.
• Elite members may receive up to $200 in cash back daily by redeeming their points. Minimum of $10.
• Redeemable points expire one year after they are earned, if they have not been redeemed.
• Only earned points count towards the Signature Rewards tier level.
