Must be a Signature Rewards member and visit the Signature Welcome Center during the month of your birthday. Dining Offer is valid for seven days after the issue date. Promo Play will be automatically added to the account and valid for 14 days after activation. Management reserves all rights.
- The guest must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.
- All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge at the time they claim their prize.
- Guests using Signature Rewards cards other than their own will be disqualified, as well as the account owner.
- Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form prior to disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.
- Guests must visit during the birth month.
- The account must correctly reflect the guest’s birthdate, indicated on the identification.
- Promo Play must be activated during the designated time frame and will expire 14 days after activation.
- Dining offer expires 7 days after activation.
- Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.
- Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.
- Current employees, agents, successors or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
- Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
- Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.
- Upgrade fees do apply on Lodge stays. Lodge offers are not valid on any group bookings or for existing reservations.
- Placeholder reservations are subject to a $25 rebooking fee at the time of reservation. No-show reservations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- A credit card is required when making a reservation, must be presented at check-in, and will be authorized for $25 per day at time of check-in.
- If a virtual game or promotional kiosk malfunctions, an alternative prize amount will be awarded.
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel promotion at any time without prior written notice.
- All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
